The American Embassy in Prishtina, on 06.04.2024, invited the Professor of the Faculty of Medicine of the University ‘’Fehmi Agani’’ in Gjakova, Prof.Asoc. Dr. Antigona Ukëhaxhaj, to hold a presentation as a speaker at the Youth Council.

During the presentation the Professor lectured on the inspiration of the youth to pursue a successful career, and shared her personal experiences and challenges which she has face during her career journey, and the specific skills for the industry most frequently required currently. Also, a special focus was given to the mentorship, and how important it is in guiding students throughout their career development, how can youth identify and pursue opportunities for growth in career within their current organization, and also she focused on the aspects on how individuals can build a strong personal brand to be distinguished in the job market.
