A Pop-Up Innovation Lab was held at the “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova as part of the “StartLab360” project, funded by BOOST Balkans, ALDA Balkans, and AFD (French Development Agency). The activity was organized by the Edutask Institute and brought together young people who had previously completed the “Entrepreneurship” and “Career Guidance” training programs.
The Pop-Up Innovation Lab represented the third phase of the “StartLab360” project and aimed to engage young people in identifying local challenges and developing creative, practical, and applicable solutions for the community.
During the laboratory, participants, supported by mentors, worked in teams and developed their ideas from the conceptual stage to prototyping and presentation. The work focused on areas of importance for local development, including employment, entrepreneurship, rural development, environmental protection, and the needs of the local community.
Through this activity, young people put into practice the knowledge and skills gained during the training sessions, while also developing skills in teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, and innovation.
As the final step of the project, participants will come together at a National Forum, where they will have the opportunity to present their ideas to representatives of businesses, organizations, institutions, and municipal officials. The forum aims to create opportunities for supporting and advancing the ideas developed, with the goal of transforming them into concrete initiatives and contributing to the development of local communities.
