
Meeting of the Representatives of the Office for Quality Assurance, the Management of the Faculty of Medicine, and the Faculty-Level Quality Assurance Committee
On September 25, 2025, within the framework of the activities of the Quality Office of the “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova, a meeting was held between the representatives of the Office for Quality Assurance, the Management of the Faculty of Medicine, and the Faculty-Level Quality Assurance Committee. This activity serves to improve the culture of Quality Assurance at our University and to enhance cooperation between the central Office for Quality Assurance and the Faculty-Level Quality Assurance Committees.
The meeting took place at Faculty of Medicine, and the following participants attended:
Prof. Ass. Dr. Kaltrina Kusari – Vice-Rector for Academic Development and Quality Enhancement, and Vice-Rector for Scientific Research
Qëndresa Bardhoshi – Acting Head of the Office for Quality Assurance
And representatives from the Faculty of Medicine:
Prof. Dr. Haxhi Kamberi – Dean;
Ass. Blertë Hyseni – Chair of the Faculty-Level Quality Assurance Committee;
Ass. Muhamet Kadrija – Member of the Faculty-Level Quality Assurance Committee;
Ass. Vanesa Tanushi - Member of the Faculty, Level Quality Assurance Committee;
Arbër Qupi – Student, Member of the Faculty-Level Quality Assurance Committee.
The meeting focused on the following topics:
a)Discussion on the reports published by the Office for Quality Assurance;
b) Notification and discussion regarding the new KAA Regulation No. 04/2025 on Monitoring and Post-Accreditation Procedures;
c) Notification regarding the drafting process of the improvement plan for the Faculty’s programs, in accordance with the new guidelines received from the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA);
d) Notification on the areas that will be subject to continuous monitoring by KAA;
e) Discussion on the training needs of the academic staff and their referral to the Didactic Center;
f) Discussion regarding the content of the Faculty’s official website, publication of class schedules, and regular updating of academic staff CVs;
g) Topics and open discussions raised by the meeting participants.
