On May 28, 2025, upon the invitation of Ass. Muhamet Kadrija was held a lecture with the students of the Faculty of Medicine from the Patients’ Rights Association PRAK on the topic: The Rights of Patients in Healthcare system.

The purpose of the lecture was to inform and increase the awareness in students, healthcare Professionals on the guaranteed patient rights.

Why is it important?

• The protection of the human dignity
• Increase of trust in the healthcare system
• Increase of quality in healthcare

The lecture had a large audience and was attended with high interest from the students of UFAGJ.

This lecture reflected positively in the increase of knowledge on the rights of patients in health care system as professionals in the near future.

We thank the lecturers, assistant, and all students who were part of the audience wherein through the questions addressed, there were stimulated very fruitful discussions on the role and importance of patients’ rights in the healthcare system.
