Meeting between the Quality Commission and the Dean: Evaluation of Academic Staff and Improvement of the Teaching Process

As part of the regular activities for ensuring and advancing academic quality, a meeting was held between the Quality Commission and the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine.

During this meeting, several issues of particular importance for the functioning and development of the faculty were discussed in detail. Special focus was placed on planning the academic staff evaluation process, including a review of the mechanisms, timelines, and instruments to be used to ensure an objective and transparent evaluation in line with institutional and quality assurance standards.

In addition, the implementation of recommendations within the Public Health program was addressed by analyzing concrete steps for their execution, defining the respective responsibilities, and assessing the expected impact on improving program content and learning outcomes.

An important part of the discussion was also dedicated to the smooth conduct of the teaching process, including the organization of lectures and practical sessions, the engagement of academic staff, as well as the identification of challenges and opportunities for continuous improvement of teaching quality.
