EDUTASK Institute Holds Three-Day Training with Students of Our University

As part of the “StartLab350” project, funded by BOOST Balkans, ALDA Balkans, and AFD (French Development Agency), the EDUTASK Institute organized the “Career Orientation” training for students of our university. After completing this training, participants will continue their journey by attending Entrepreneurship Training, the Innovation Laboratory, and the National Youth Forum.

The first phase of the “Career Orientation” training lasted three days and included students from all faculties and all years of study.

The aim of the training is to empower the youth of Gjakova by providing them with knowledge, practical tools, and self-confidence to explore and build their professional paths, as well as to make informed career decisions.

During the training, the main pillars of career development were covered, including:

exploring interests, strengths, and aspirations to better understand oneself and career goals;

developing skills in goal setting, decision-making, time management, and networking;

encouraging critical thinking to evaluate information and make informed career decisions;

strategies for job searching, CV writing, and interview preparation;

the importance of lifelong learning and adaptability in a dynamic work environment;

guidance on overcoming obstacles and managing career transitions.

In addition, students participated in practical activities by creating their own CVs, motivation letters, and developing skills related to the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), including writing effective prompts.

It is worth emphasizing that our university has a cooperation agreement with the EDUTASK Institute for providing various training opportunities for students.

At the end of the training, participants were awarded certificates of participation.
