In the framework of the activities of the project "Pharmacological therapy, physiotherapeutic treatment and the benefits of rehabilitation with hydrotherapy in children with infantile cerebral palsy" financed by the National Agency for Scientific Research and Innovation, as part of the bilateral cooperation between Albania and Kosovo in the field of education and science, during the week 25-30 November 2024, the staff of the Catholic University "Our Lady of Good Counsel" visited the "Fehmi Agani" University, Gjakovë.

Prof. Assoc. Malvina Hoxha, Prof. Simonetta Galgani, PhD Emanuela Prendi and PhD Enkeleda Gjini, were welcomed by the project staff for the Kosova part, Ass. Prof. Arben Boshnjaku, Prof. Dr. Haxhi Kamberi, and Ass. Prof. Dafinë Kaçuri.

Students of the Physiotherapy and Nursing Course were introduced to the following topics: "Cerebral palsy: review and assessment" (Prof. Simonetta Galgani); "Pharmacological therapy of patients with infantile cerebral palsy" (Prof. Assoc. Malvina Hoxha), "Ethical approach to the treatment of children with infantile cerebral palsy" (PhD Enkeleda Gjini); and "Pediatric rehabilitation in children with infantile cerebral palsy" (PhD Emanuela Prendi )

During the visit to the University "Fehmi Agani" Gjakovë, Kosovo, meetings were held with the Vice Rector Prof. Ass. Nazli Tyfekçi, and Vice Rector Prof. Ass. Dafinë Kaçuri, as well as with the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Prof. Dr. Haxhi Kamberi, and Vice Dean Prof. Hasime Terziçi.
