The ombudsperson Mr. Naim Qelaj and his representative for Gjakova Mr. Mark Kaqinari will hold an informing lecture for human rights, the role and the mandate of the Ombudsperson. Therefore, we kindly invite all the interested to participate in this lecture on Thursday, on December 2023, at 10:00 in the solemn hall of the Faculty of the Social Sciences.

The Ombudsperson will present:

• The role and the function of the Ombudsperson in protecting the rights of the citizens;
• The Ombudsperson’s fields of responsibility
• The utilization of the services that this office provides
• The description of the types of matters and complaints that may be addressed by this office
• The process of addressing a complaint etc.
• As well as question and answers’ (Q&A) session

The University ‘’Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova has a cooperation agreement with the Ombudsperson, with which they promote working together in the spirit of equality, transparency, and facilitating participation in the development of the necessary capacities in conducting scientific studies and their application.
